27th April: Wild edible herbs of the Karst

Walking in the Karst there are many plants that attract our attention, and many can also be used in the kitchen in an unusual way.

It is essential, however, to know how and when to collect them, in compliance with the laws, to know how to distinguish them from others that are often very similar and to know how to cook them correctly. Follow us on a journey through botany, gastronomy and history with the naturalist Pierpaolo Merluzzi.
