Given the great enthusiasm shown and the numerous requests received for the first edition on August 14th, we propose again the appointment dedicated to the distillation of wild herbs.
Stories of plants, distillation and water of life. This time we are organizing an informative and tasting meeting at the Carsiana Botanical Garden: in this path we will discover the "witty" side of plants, we will talk about liqueur and distillation plants, the history of distillation and the discovery of the water of life.
Some liqueurs will be offered for tasting, formulated starting from recipe books from the late 1800s and early 1900s and the tasting of malvasia and vitovske from two local producers, accompanied by savory and fruit snacks.
Therefore, an appointment between culture and taste on Sunday 6 September at 5.00 pm in the company of Dr. Elizabeth Visentin, vice president and scientific manager of the Oannes association, where she deals with the enhancement of botanical-medicinal culture in the historical and scientific fields. The tasting (in compliance with the anti-covid legislation in force) will be organized by the Bar gallery 5.
