Plants in nature mostly show themselves to our eyes as green or brown. But behind this appearance lie many colouring substances that can be extracted and used to dye textiles and other natural materials. The Karst is particularly rich in biodiversity and has many species with dyeing properties. You will be guided through leaves, fruits, barks and roots to discover the dyeing plants found in the Karst, learn how to collect them consciously and how to extract their colour.
